Founded in 2015 by Kevin Hanson, Hogback Mountain Brewery was purchased by Jamie and Sam Sawyer in 2018. They were looking for a new adventure in the Vermont craft beer scene and Kevin was looking to have more time for other things. In the Spring of 2019, they will move Hogback Mountain Brewing from Kevin's carriage barn to its new location on Rocky Dale Road in Bristol, Vermont. They are renovating and updating the space now.
