Because Frosty Bottom operates a unique business model – with members who get their beer each month – they require an appointment to visit. The owners at Frosty Bottom can be reached via email or phone to schedule a tasting or tour, or to check them off on your Maine Beer Trail web app! Frosty Bottom started as a hobby group in 2014, local home brewers coming together on Frost Hill in Swanville to brew as one. Gordon's Grog is a community brewery in St Albans, ME. We started this brewery after many years of homebrewing. We frequently had more people at our tastings than our house would comfortably accommodate. We wanted to create a comfortable place where people could come have a pint and share a story. Grateful Grain Brewing Company was founded in 2016 by Trevor Knell and Tom Langlois as their passion for home brewing became more than a hobby. After years of trial batches and recipes the two decided in early 2016 to start the process of becoming a licensed brewery & tap room.
