The Granite State Fair (formerly the Rochester Fair) is held annually across two September weekends at the Rochester Fairgrounds in New Hampshire. It features livestock shows, midway rides, a demolition derby, motorsports, fair food, and grandstand entertainment. The 2026 fair runs Thursday September 17 through Sunday September 20, and Thursday September 24 through Sunday September 27. The fair is closed on the weekdays between the two weekends. Gates open at 4:00 PM on Thursdays and Fridays and at 10:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, with the midway opening at noon on weekend days. The organizer does not publish a daily closing time. Admission is $12 at the gate ($10 pre-sale through September 16); children 8 and under are free.
