GUEST VENDOR (per-day booth pricing — the rare New England fair that sells a BOOTH rather than frontage): $50 per day for a 10x10 space; larger sizes quoted on request. A full weekend commitment is required, so a two-day weekend is $100 for a 10x10. Guest merchants must supply their own tent — hard booth spaces are extremely limited and are not available to guest vendors. A $100 security deposit / clean-up fee is due at check-in. Invoices unpaid within 30 days incur a $10-per-day late fee for every 30-day cycle they are late, and continued non-payment can trigger a rejection notice releasing the space to another merchant. Vendors must carry their own $1,000,000 general liability policy naming Stone Circle, Inc. (14 Olde Hall Road, Hebron CT 06248) and Lebanon Lions Club Inc. (122 Mack Road, Lebanon CT 06249) as additionally insured. Water and electricity are available for additional fees quoted during the application process. FULL-RUN pricing (all nine weekends) is not published on the web — the faire says full pricing is in the merchant packet and describes its fees as "some of the most competitive vendor fees in the industry" — so vendor_fee_max is left null. vendor_fee_min records the $50/day guest rate, the only published figure.

⚠️ 2026 IS CLOSED. The faire's own merchant page states: "We are no longer accepting merchant applications for our 2026 season. Please apply for our 2027 season once applications become available again in November." The 2026 guest-vendor application closed August 21, 2026. Apply from ctfaire.com/merchant when the 2027 forms open in November 2026. There are three merchant tracks. FULL-RUN MERCHANTS take a space for all nine themed weekends; the faire seeks unique, handcrafted, period-appropriate work (forged steel, tooled leather, blown glass, pottery, sewn garments). GUEST MERCHANTS sell individual weekends — a full weekend commitment is required, you must provide your own tent, priority goes to full-run merchants with similar products, and guest merchants may participate for up to two years before committing to a full-run booth; Saturday check-in is not available, so guest merchants must schedule a pre-weekend setup appointment. FOOD MERCHANTS need valid health permits and food-handling certifications, a Renaissance-appropriate menu and presentation, proven high-volume capability and a professional self-contained setup. Applications are juried and reviewed on a rolling basis; accepted applicants get an email notification and an invoice, and payment is required within 30 days or approval may be withdrawn. Unsuccessful applications are kept on file and reapplication is encouraged. Handcrafted items are strongly preferred; limited resale is allowed if thematically appropriate; modern items (solar panels, windows, 3D-printed items) are prohibited — send product photos to the Merchant Coordinator for a fit check before applying. A proper Elizabethan-era costume is essential and is assessed as part of the jury review. A limited number of hard booths exist but are mostly held by long-time vendors with first-refusal rights, so most merchants bring their own tent or canopy. Water and electricity are available for additional fees, quoted during the application process. Approved merchants may camp on-site or in their booths with a camping form; RV spaces are available.
