Boston's annual New Year's Eve celebration, Thursday December 31, 2026 through Friday January 1, 2027. Family-friendly daytime ice sculptures and family fireworks; evening performances, parade, and the signature midnight fireworks display over Boston Harbor. Among the largest New Year's Eve gatherings in the United States, drawing 400,000 to 1 million revelers depending on weather. Food trucks and concession stands set up at Boston Common and City Hall Plaza into the night; Boston Public Market's nearly 20 local food vendors open until 3 PM on Dec 31. Operated by First Night Boston.
