The Wellfleet Oyster Alliance (formerly Wellfleet SPAT — Shellfish Promotion and Tasting, Inc.) is a Wellfleet, MA non-profit promoting the town's shellfishing heritage, education, and sustainability. It produces the annual Wellfleet OysterFest each October.
