Phillips Area Community Center

The Phillips Area Community Center (PACC) is a non-profit community organization in Phillips, Maine that sponsors and hosts community and civic events — arts shows, suppers, dances, concerts, and seasonal markets — at its historic hall at 21 Depot Street.
