Vendor Applications

2026 Concessions Applications are available now. Three categories — crafters, food, and retail — each with its own PDF application on the Concessions page. Every vendor must first submit an application requesting space; choose the one that fits your business or non-profit and email it to concessionsmanager@woodstockfair.com. Crafters must meet specific crafter requirements and be approved to qualify for the craft area (see the crafter application). Frontage is sold in 5' increments with a 10' minimum; include trailer hitches, open awnings and serving areas in the frontage you request. Depth varies by location, most spaces 10'-20'; more than 20' deep incurs an extra charge. No published application closing date, but all fees must be paid in full by June 30, 2026, and a $100 late fee applies to past-due balances.
