Lavender Hill Farm's Lavender Festival is a two-day celebration of lavender, creativity and community held at the farm on Brooks Lane in Berwick, Maine — 2026 was the third annual edition, on July 11 and 12. The grounds open for the Lavyrinth, a triple-spiral labyrinth planted in lavender; the Lavender Games; sheep-shearing demonstrations, fiber spinners and a blacksmith; guided farm tours; live music and demonstrations on the Front Porch; a kids' activity area with a community mural, face painting and giant bubbles; pick-your-own lavender bouquets and flower-crown making. A lavender cook-off with cash prizes is judged live, and a marketplace of craft and food makers sells lavender-infused work alongside the farm's own syrups, sachets, oils and culinary buds. Tickets are required and the festival has sold out in past years; a pick-your-own lavender week follows on the days after.
