The Farmington Fair, billed by its organizers as "Maine's Harvest Fair," is held at the Farmington Fairgrounds, 292 High Street, Farmington, and is run by the Franklin County Agricultural Society. The 2026 edition runs September 20th to September 26th and is the fair's 185th. The week's program includes 4-H and dairy shows, pulling ring events, an exhibition hall, live entertainment and gazebo music, pari-mutuel harness racing, a Miss Farmington Fair pageant on Sunday, Ag Day on Monday, a youth auction on Wednesday, truck and tractor pulls on Friday, and a demolition derby on Saturday. Cushing Amusements is the fair's partner.
