The Fourth of July weekend Festival of the Arts is an open-air fine art and craft show at Drummer Boy Park on Route 6A in Brewster, MA, staged by By the Bay — the summer half of a pair, with the same organizer returning to the same field over Labor Day weekend. Cape Cod artists and artisans exhibit oils, watercolors, pottery, photography, glass, leather, folk art and hand-crafted jewelry, with parking close to the park.
